1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "ab89" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at ab89.io and its associated mobile applications.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the ab89 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits added to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Platform" means the ab89 website, mobile site, apps, sportsbook, casino, and all related digital services.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, casino, and ancillary services offered by ab89.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome available on the Platform.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency of the ab89 Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ab89 Platform in any capacity — including browsing without an account, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ab89 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one exists. Your continued use of ab89 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account with ab89, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ab89 operates a strict minimum age policy. Use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh or another jurisdiction in which online betting is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to financial sanctions under applicable law.
• You do not already hold another active Account with ab89. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by ab89 for breach of these Terms.

ab89 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of ab89 Services, you must register an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address and mobile phone number.

You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information remains accurate and up to date. Any changes must be communicated to ab89 support promptly. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• One Account per person is strictly enforced. Duplicate Accounts will be closed without notice.
• You must select a unique username and a strong password. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your Account.
• ab89 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to do so should be reported immediately to [email protected].

ab89 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

5 Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our commitment to safe and responsible operation, ab89 is required to verify the identity of all Account holders before processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, before accepting deposits above specified thresholds.

KYC verification requires you to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence. The document must display your full name, date of birth and a photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement or government-issued document issued within the last three months, displaying your name and current residential address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank account used to deposit is registered in your name.

ab89 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is fully completed to the Company's satisfaction. Documents submitted are processed and stored in accordance with the ab89 Privacy Policy.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on ab89 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ab89 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply its own service charges, for which ab89 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, Mastercard.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within minutes.
• ab89 reserves the right to apply enhanced scrutiny to large deposits and to request source-of-funds documentation where required.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that was previously used to deposit funds into your Account.
• Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal processing times: bKash and Nagad — typically 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days.
• ab89 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending fraud checks, AML reviews, or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ab89 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet offers and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the specific promotion page at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited.
• ab89 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who open duplicate Accounts to claim multiple bonuses will have all Accounts closed and all associated funds forfeited.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension.

8 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the ab89 sportsbook. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published on the relevant sport and market pages of the Platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. ab89 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors after bet placement and void affected bets at its discretion.
• ab89 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet without providing a reason, including but not limited to bets suspected of forming part of a fraud or manipulation scheme.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. ab89 accepts no liability for bets not accepted due to technical failure during live events.
• Void bets are returned to the player's Account balance at the original stake amount.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, ab89's decision — made in reference to the official result published by the relevant governing body — shall be final and binding.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. ab89 reserves the right to apply individual account-level betting limits.
• Multi Bet (accumulator) bets are available. All legs must be settled as winners for the multi bet to return a profit. A voided leg will reduce the accumulator accordingly.

9 Casino & Games Rules

The ab89 casino offers live dealer games, slots, and other digital games from providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. The following rules apply to all casino and game activity:

• All games use certified random number generator (RNG) software tested by independent third-party auditors. Return-to-player (RTP) rates are disclosed per game title.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round. Wagers that cannot be resolved due to a technical malfunction will be returned to the player's Account balance.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ab89 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may have all funds forfeited:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (whether personally or through a third party).
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any other process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the Platform, or circumvent any security measure.
• Colluding with other players in any poker, casino or betting activity to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms or guaranteed profits regardless of outcome.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems or games.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards ab89 staff or other players.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ab89 Platform — including but not limited to the ab89 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ab89 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ab89.

12 Privacy & Data

ab89 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ab89.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ab89 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions. Player funds are held in segregated accounts. ab89 will not sell or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ab89's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ab89 shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by events outside ab89's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government or natural disasters.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable law.

14 Responsible Gaming

ab89 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a specified period of continuous play.

• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session pop-ups showing your net win/loss for the session.

Genuine real-money balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days of closure, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

ab89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account immediately and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, ab89 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance in full, including any real-money funds, where those funds are reasonably connected to the prohibited conduct.

16 Amendments to These Terms

ab89 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, ab89 will provide at least 14 days' notice via the email address registered to your Account and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ab89 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. ab89's decisions on sports bet outcomes and casino game results — made by reference to official result data from recognised governing bodies and certified game logs — shall be considered final for the purposes of dispute resolution.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court to protect its rights pending arbitration.
